What an ACO is

ACOs are a contracting and care-coordination model. Evercred does not operate an ACO, and it does not report quality measures or shared-savings results.

How this relates to Evercred

If the physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants in the group need primary-source verification, credential packets, expiration tracking, and an audit trail, that is the work Evercred already does for practices and groups.

Evercred keeps credentials up to date continuously. It uses a combination of APIs, open data agents, browser agents, and its agent orchestration tool. It keeps an audit trail. When an agent runs a verification, Evercred records video of what the agent is doing and keeps that video for regulatory compliance. This is true for every state.

Every plan also includes manual primary-source verification on every credential.

Today Evercred covers physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. Other clinical roles are rolling out.

Does the public site name ACOs as a product?

The credentialing work is the same work Evercred does for practices and groups. ACO quality reporting is not part of that work.
