What it is

A credential wallet that follows you from graduation to retirement.

Every state license. Every board certification. DEA. Malpractice history. CME. Hospital privileges. Employment history. Procedure logs. All in one place. Verified. Yours.

Your wallet doesn't belong to a hospital, a payer, or a credentialing department. It belongs to you. When you take a new job, work locum, or add a state, you don't start over. You share what's already verified.

Why practitioners use it

Three reasons practitioners stop dreading credentialing.

Time, mobility, ownership. The three reasons the wallet exists.

Time

CAQH re-attestations every 120 days. New facility paperwork every hire. State license renewals. Each one used to mean hours of admin. Now it means a share link.

Mobility

Multi-state practice. Telehealth across 8 states. Locum gigs. Every one of those used to add 90+ days to your start date. With a wallet that's already verified, your next employer gets your pre-verified packet in moments.

Ownership

Your credentials are your professional identity. They shouldn't live on a hospital server you can't access. With Evercred, they don't. You see every share. You revoke any share. You own the data.

How it works

Three steps. From any device. In about 20 minutes.

Step 01 / Upload

Upload.

Drag and drop your credential documents — medical license, board certification, DEA, malpractice, CME, certificates of malpractice insurance. Smart Extract pulls structured data from each one automatically. You confirm what we got right.

Step 02 / Verify

Verify.

Our AI agents query the original issuing source for each credential — the state medical board for licenses, DEA for controlled substances, specialty board for certifications. You get verified credentials in moments instead of months.

Step 03 / Share

Share.

When a practice, payer, or facility needs your credentials, send them a packet from your wallet. Time-limited. Revocable. They get pre-verified data. You don't fill out another form.

Wallet vs. packet

Two concepts. One mental model.

Your wallet is the private record. Packets are the slices you share. Knowing the difference is how you keep control.

Your wallet

Your private, career-long credential record. Owned by you. Visible only to you.
You add to it once.
You update it when life changes — new license, new state, new certification.

Your packets

The slice of your wallet you share with one specific employer, payer, or facility. Time-bound. Revocable.
You can have many active packets at the same time — one per employer or verifier.
Each packet shows you exactly who accessed what credential, and when.
Security + ownership

Built so your credentials stay yours.

End-to-end encryption. TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest.
You see every share. You revoke any share. Always.
Communication. Communicate with organizations through the app. No worries about missing emails. No need to check multiple channels.
Architectural data ownership. Hospitals, payers, and credentialing departments don't get write access to your wallet — only the time-bound packets you give them.

Why practitioners trust Evercred

Why practitioners trust Evercred.

The numbers and the story behind the wallet.

600+

Practitioners who invested their own money in Evercred via SEC-regulated crowdfunds. They're not just users — they're owners.

14+ yrs

Dr. Leah Houston practiced emergency medicine before building Evercred. Every product decision starts from a physician's daily reality.

100%

Practitioner control over your credential data. Architectural — not a feature toggle.

Evercred was built by physicians, for practitioners. The wallet exists because Leah's own credentials were stolen — and she decided no other practitioner should depend on a hospital's database for ownership of their own professional identity.

Practitioner FAQ

Common questions from practitioners.

Is the wallet really mine if Evercred shuts down?

Yes. Every credential in your wallet is exportable to PDF and structured data. We're not a hostage situation.

What happens to my wallet if I leave a practice that's using Evercred?

Nothing changes — your wallet belongs entirely to you. While the practice retains a copy of the data you originally shared with them, they can no longer re-verify or update it without your permission. You keep a complete, tamper-proof audit trail of all previous shares in your archive.

Can private practices or hospital systems require me to use Evercred?

They can request that you share your credentials through Evercred, but the choice is always yours — you can build your wallet here or submit documents to their legacy system directly. If they already have your records, they can even upload them on your behalf to get you started. We recommend building your wallet because you only have to upload your data once; from then on, you own it and can take it to any job.

How does Evercred handle telehealth credentialing across multiple states?

Telehealth credentialing and multi-state license tracking is the use case Evercred was built for. Your wallet holds every state license you hold, tracks the renewal cycle for each one, and lets you share a verified credential packet with any new state's medical board or telehealth platform in moments.

How does this work if I'm already on CAQH?

We will soon be able to ingest your data from CAQH. Your CAQH profile will then become a starting point; your Evercred wallet is the verified, portable, you-controlled version that lives beyond any one application.

Do I have to verify everything immediately?

No. You can upload everything to your wallet first; verification is always optional. Most practitioners verify when they're about to share with a new employer or facility.

I'm a resident / fellow / new attending. Is this useful for me?

Especially. The earlier you start your wallet, the less re-entering you do over your career. Your training records, USMLE scores, ECFMG (if applicable), and first license can all live here from day one. If you start today, you'll save thousands of hours over your career.

Stop doing credentialing the way it's always been done.
