Account terms

Account terms.

An Evercred account is for use by the individual or organization who created it. You're responsible for the credentials, documents, and statements you upload. We rely on primary-source verification (state boards, DEA, specialty boards, NPPES) — not on the documents themselves — to attest to a credential's validity.

You can cancel at any time. If you cancel, your practitioners keep their wallets. Practice accounts retain access to the audit trail of every share that happened during the active subscription.

Subscription + billing

Subscription + billing.

Practice plans renew annually. Adding seats mid-year is pro-rated to the plan year. Agentic AI verification is metered separately, billed per credential, and refunded automatically if the primary source can't confirm the credential.

Wallet plans for individual practitioners are $299/year, billed annually. Cancel anytime; the credentials in the wallet remain exportable.

Acceptable use

Acceptable use.

Don't upload credentials that aren't yours. Don't share another practitioner's wallet. Don't use Evercred to bypass primary-source verification (e.g. uploading altered documents as evidence). Don't probe or attempt to compromise the platform — if you find a security issue, report it to it@evercred.com.

Liability + warranties

Liability + warranties.

Evercred verifies credentials at the primary source and provides the audit trail to prove it. We do not make hiring, privileging, or credentialing committee decisions on behalf of customers — those remain the customer's responsibility. Standard SaaS limitation-of-liability clauses apply; specific terms are in the full agreement.
