How Southern Colorado Clinic credentials 30 practitioners without a credentialing department.

⚠ Internal draft — do not publish. This case study is a strawman built from public information for Leah's interview with Dr. Terry Lakin. Every named individual, metric, quote, and outcome below requires Southern Colorado Clinic's explicit consent before this page goes public.

The problem

Before Evercred, Southern Colorado Clinic tracked 30 practitioners' state medical licenses, DEA registrations, and board certifications across a spreadsheet and the office manager's calendar. Onboarding a new practitioner meant chasing documents, re-keying data into spreadsheets, and waiting months for licenses and DEAs that sometimes lapsed in the meantime. The cost: real revenue lost while patients waited to be seen by a practitioner.

The decision

Dr. Getinder Goyal had two roles in this story: the practice operator evaluating Evercred for the clinic, and an early investor in the platform itself. As an investor, he'd seen the architecture and the team. As an operator, he tested it against his own pain.

The outcome

Time saved per new-practitioner credentialing cycle
[X — required from interview]
Revenue recovered from faster onboarding
[$X — required from interview]
Hours / week saved on re-credentialing tracking
[X — required from interview]
"[30-word quote in Terry's voice — specific, operational, ROI-anchored. Avoid 'game changer' / 'love it' / vague positivity.]" — Dr. Getinder Goyal, MD
