### Is AI verification required?
No. Every plan includes manual primary-source verification on every credential at no extra charge. AI verification is an optional add-on, billed only when used.

### How long does credentialing take with Evercred?
AI agents verify credentials in weeks (versus the 90–120 days the legacy process takes), with the goal of moving to days as the platform grows.

### Who owns the credential data?
Practitioners. Architectural — not a feature toggle. Practitioners control who sees their credentials, what's shared, and when. Practices receive time-bound, scoped packets, not permanent copies.

### Is Evercred HIPAA-compliant?

Primary-source verification for Medicare provider enrollment (PECOS) and state Medicaid is included in the standard workflow. Per-payer commercial enrollment is on the 2026 roadmap.
